Phone & Email Policies
Phone Policy: Our telephone policies are meant to allow us to care for our patients with a minimum of interruptions to the physicians. Because the physicians are also surgeons, they are often unable to take your calls right away since they may be in surgery. Emergency calls will be handled immediately, however, if the physicians are busy seeing patients, less urgent calls may be returned at a time when the physician is not as busy. Most common times that the physicians will return calls are during lunchtime and in the evening after 5pm. We do try to return our calls promptly, but occasionally there may be a delay of up to one to two days.
If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, we recommend you call emergency services: (9-1-1).
Email Policy: Our email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org. Email is checked once daily Monday-Friday by the office manager. It is not for urgent or emergency communications.
