Patients are seen by appointment only and we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 11:45 PM & 2:00 PM – 4:45 PM by calling our office at (818) 559 - 9727. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have about the services we provide, insurance, billing, and much more. If you are unable to make an appointment that you have made, please call us as far in advance as possible! We would love to see another one of our patients requesting an office visit. Please note: if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours of notice, or if you “No Show” for a scheduled appointment, a fee may be assessed to your patient account. We do not have a “waiting list” for same day appointments as several staff members answer the phones during operating hours. Same day appointments come on a first-come/first-served basis once an appointment slot opens up. We do not call to confirm appointments. If you have misplaced your appointment card or cannot remember when you are scheduled to see the doctor next, please call our office to confirm the date and time of your office visit.
AFTER HOURS: If you call our office outside the time frames listed above, you will reach our telephone answering service. The answering service is reserved for existing patients who wish to contact the “On-Call” physician for urgent care/concerns after hours. Appointment scheduling and all other inquiries should be made during normal business hours.
